Personalized items

We generally cannot accept a change-of-mind return for a personalized or made-to-order piece once production has begun. This does not limit any right or legal warranty that applies under Québec law.

Legal warranties

Every item remains covered by the legal warranties that apply in Québec. It must be fit for its normal use, last a reasonable time, match its description and representations, and be free of hidden defects.

If something is not right

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos. A request within 7 days helps us investigate shipping damage, but that suggested period does not replace or shorten a legal warranty or another statutory right.
